Teams
Invite team members to view and manage your forms. Team members see all forms in the owner's account.
How teams work
Teams in FormFast use a simple owner-member model. The account owner invites team members, who can then access the owner's forms based on their assigned role.
Invite flow
Send an invite
From the team settings in your dashboard, enter the email address and choose a role (viewer or editor).
Member activation
If the invitee already has a FormFast account, they're added immediately with "active" status. If they don't have an account, the invite stays in "pending" status with an invite token until they sign up.
Access shared forms
Active team members see the owner's forms in their dashboard alongside their own forms, labeled as shared.

Seat billing
Team members are billed per seat via Stripe. When you add or remove members, the seat count is automatically synced with your subscription.
